About ReportFlat

Reporting that doesn’t punish you for growing

We build marketing reporting software for agencies — the kind that stays flat-priced as you win clients, tells the truth about your data, and puts reports where clients actually see them.

Why we built it

Agency reporting was working against agencies

Every reporting tool we tried made the same three trades — and every one of them cost the agency, not the vendor. ReportFlat exists to undo them.

It taxed our growth

Per-client, per-source and per-dashboard meters meant the bill climbed every time we signed a new account. The tool that was supposed to help us scale charged us for scaling.

It broke mid-month

Connectors failed silently and numbers went stale — usually discovered when a client asked why their spend looked wrong. Reporting you can’t trust is worse than no reporting at all.

It buried the work

A PDF attachment lands in an inbox and dies there. The work we did all month got reduced to a file nobody opened, and the value we delivered went unseen.

What we stand for

Four principles we don’t compromise on

Flat pricing, forever
One price, unlimited clients, sources and reports. A 40-client agency pays the same as a 4-client one. There is no growth tax and there never will be.
Real data only
Numbers come from live cabinets — GA4, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Search Console and Shopify — reconciled with Shopify as the source of truth for sales. No demo data, no fudging.
No feature-gating
The daily reporting workflow is identical on every paid plan. Tiers add seats and scale, not features you already depend on. You never hit a paywall mid-task.
Reports clients actually open
In the email body, on a live branded portal, and behind a client login — under your logo and domain. Delivery is the whole point, so we treat it like it matters.
How it shows up in the product

Opinions, turned into architecture

Principles are cheap until they’re built in. Ours are structural — they’re how the software works, not a promise on a pricing page.

One warehouse behind every report

Every account replicates into a single Postgres warehouse. Widgets read from it instead of live-calling a platform — so reports render fast and never trip an API quota.

Reconciled attribution

Sales are reconstructed from Shopify’s own customer journeys across five models; ad platforms supply spend and clicks only. The revenue in your report ties out to Shopify admin.

Freshness you can see

Every widget is stamped with when its data last synced, and alerts fire before a client notices something looks off. Trust is a feature, so we make it visible.
