How ReportFlat handles data on this marketing site, and the terms that govern your use of our website and application. Written to be read, not skimmed past.
This privacy statement applies to the ReportFlat marketing website at reportflat.com. Personal data you submit inside the ReportFlat application — and the ad and analytics data your agency connects — is governed by your customer agreement and is described separately below under Terms.
We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic — pages viewed, referring source, approximate region and device type — so we can improve the site. We do not sell this data. The site sets only the cookies needed to remember your preferences (such as light or dark theme) and to measure aggregate usage. You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time; the site remains usable without them.
When you start a trial, contact us, or subscribe to updates, you may share your name, work email and company. We use it only to respond to you, provision and support your account, and send messages you asked for. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of this information by emailing our team.
Inside the application, ReportFlat replicates the ad and analytics accounts your agency connects — such as GA4, Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, Search Console and Shopify — into a warehouse used to render reports. That data is processed on behalf of your agency and its clients, under your control and only to deliver the service. It is scoped per user, never sold, and never used to train models or profile individuals.
We rely on reputable infrastructure and email providers to host the site, deliver messages and connect the data sources you authorize. Each processes data only as needed to provide its part of the service. Connecting a data source is always your explicit action, and access can be revoked at any time from the provider or from within ReportFlat.
You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message, adjust cookies in your browser, and ask us to access or delete the information you have shared. We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected or as required by law.
By accessing the ReportFlat website or application you agree to these terms. If you use ReportFlat on behalf of an agency or organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for it. A separate signed order or subscription agreement, where one exists, takes precedence over this page.
Use ReportFlat lawfully. Do not attempt to breach, probe or overload the service; do not reverse engineer it; do not resell or misrepresent it; and do not upload data you lack the right to process or that infringes another party's rights. Only connect ad and analytics accounts you or your client are authorized to access. We may suspend accounts that put the service, its data or other customers at risk.
You retain ownership of the data you connect and the reports you build. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process and display that data to deliver the service to you and the client logins you authorize. You are responsible for the accuracy of the accounts you connect and for the credentials used to access your workspace.
We work to keep ReportFlat reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may evolve, and we may update or discontinue parts of the service. Where a change materially reduces functionality you depend on, we will make reasonable efforts to give notice.
The website and application are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Reports and metrics are provided for informational purposes; you are responsible for validating figures before relying on them for business decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReportFlat is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
We may update these terms as the product and legal landscape change. When we do, we will revise the date below. Continued use of the website or application after an update means you accept the revised terms.
